Service Description

The service is for cleaning the heating and cooling vents. By schedule online you agree to the following terms and conditions: * adult must present when tech arrive . * Schedule is final only after you get text/email confirmed by the office. * Cleaning can take around 1-4 hours depends on how big is your ductwork system. * we will need to access to all the vent opening in the house. * Arrival time is one hour window wait time. * You remove any responsibility from the technician about any damage in the plaster, screw, vent cover or paint that can be chipped or damaged. * if we can't open vent cover due to damage or any other reason we will let you know. * Payment is on site by check. For credit card payment we charge 3% processing fee. * any delay in payment late payment fee can be charge. * Some dust can be exposed to the house in the cleaning process. We will make sure to clean after us but we recommend to do some house cleaning after the ductwork cleaning is completed. * We are not responsible for any health or breathing issue because of the cleaning process. * no grantee for mold or mildew removal in the cleaning process. *Anyone with health/breath/allergies/asthma issues we highly recommend to be out of the house for at least 24 hours. *due to weather or unexpected circumstances we keep or right to cancel or reschedule the service with short notice.

Cancelation Policy

You can cancel the appointment any time with no extra charge. Schedule time is 1 hour window for the arrival
