Terms & Conditions for Online Scheduling and Communication agreement
By scheduling service with Boston Air Duct Cleaning, Inc., you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
General Service Conditions
1. Adult Presence Required – An adult (18+) must be present when our technician arrives and throughout the service.
2. Confirmation of Appointment – Scheduled time is only confirmed once you receive a text or email confirmation from our office.
3. Service Duration – The cleaning process typically takes between 1–4 hours depending on the size and layout of your ductwork system.
4. Access Requirement – We require access to all vent openings, registers, and service areas in the home.
5. Arrival Window – Appointment times include a one-hour arrival window.
Payment Terms
6. Payment Due at Service – Payment is required on-site upon completion of the cleaning. We accept credit card only.
7. Late Fees – A late fee will be charged for any delayed payments beyond the day of service.

Liability Waiver – Property & Surfaces
8. Surface Damage – By scheduling, you agree to release Boston Air Duct Cleaning and its technicians from any responsibility for cosmetic or structural damage to plaster, drywall, wood trim, paint, screws, vent covers, or surrounding surfaces that may occur during the normal course of service.
9. Vent Covers & Hidden Conditions – If vent covers cannot be opened due to damage concerns, we will inform you. Please note that hidden damage or weaknesses cannot be determined until covers are removed.
10. Dust Exposure – Some dust may be released during cleaning. We recommend scheduling professional house cleaning after ductwork service.
Liability Waiver – Health & Safety
11. Health Issues – We are not responsible for any health, respiratory, or allergy-related reactions resulting from the cleaning process.
12. Sensitive Individuals – Anyone with asthma, severe allergies, or breathing conditions should remain out of the home for at least 24 hours following service.
13. Mold & Mildew – We do not guarantee removal of mold or mildew.
Liability Waiver – Equipment & Systems
14. Dryer Vents & Appliances – By scheduling, you release Boston Air Duct Cleaning and its technicians from responsibility for:
• Any structural issues with dryer vents, vent covers, or flaps.
• Any damage, water or gas leaks, or issues with dryers or washers, including water leaks or appliance damage caused by moving units.
• Any damage to venting systems located inside walls, ceilings, or other concealed areas.
• If more than one dryer vent exists at the same address, this must be disclosed in the scheduling notes.
• Cleaning services will not including the dryer or fryer hub/house/trap.
15. Bathroom Fans – We are not responsible for any mechanical, electrical, or noise-related issues with bathroom fans following cleaning.
16. HVAC Systems – By scheduling, you waive all responsibility from Boston Air Duct Cleaning and its technicians for any mechanical or electrical issues with HVAC systems heater heat pump ductless unit, including but not limited to:
• Blower motors, coils, compressors, condensers, air handlers, or other electrical/mechanical parts.
• Failures, malfunctions, or noises arising during or after cleaning. any water or gas leaks.
• Our service is strictly limited to cleaning. We do not perform mechanical or electrical repairs.
•. HVAC annual service Will include cleaning the blower and the coils and replacing the filter we can provide the filter or the client can bring his own filter.
Scheduling & Cancellations
17. Rescheduling – Due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule service with short notice.
Communications Consent
18. By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us by phone, text, or email for scheduling, estimates, reminders, recommendations marketing information and follow-ups.
You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time.
